Received Incorrect or Damaged Goods?
If your package arrives with significant visible damage, appears to have been tampered with, or is the wrong order, please contact us immediately at shopworth.in@gmail.com.
For items with a manufacturing defect, we offer free repair or exchange within thirty (30) days of your purchase. To initiate this process, email us at shopworth.in@gmail.com with your order number and proof of the defect (photos). Shipping costs will be covered for customers based in India 🇮🇳. If the damage is found to be non-manufacturing, we will notify you with a repair quote if applicable.

Order Processing:

Shipping Time:
We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days for most serviceable pin codes. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or other reasons may cause delays. You will be able to track your package with a unique tracking link sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched to our delivery partner.
